Hope all you guys had happy holidays. I have come across an SLK32 AMG engine for a decent price and had a few questions. The engine only comes with a full harness. What else would I need to get this swap to work (ECU, HE, etc.)?

I will also have a budget of $3-$5k for upgrades. What recommendations do you have as far as upgrades? I already have a BBK, coilovers, and a true dual exhaust (all installed less than 6 months ago) so I'm looking more for engine mods.

Thanks in advance, any help is appreciated.

Supercharger?
Wes, I can lend you my EPC and WIS if you want to check parts for compatibility.

It's not just the SC, it's the whole engine. I have access to EPC/WIS and I know it's compatible because I spoke to Harry this morning. I just want to know what else needs to be purchased to have this up and running. I understand it's kind of a general question that may be difficult to answer.

Since I have to purchase a bunch of parts, I figured I would just get the upgraded ones. Like the CM30 pump and LTE/Code3 HE.

You are right. It is kind of general. Usually when people say "engine", supercharger is not included. So, I can assume the TB, the airboxes, EGR and other engine boltons are present? Is the radiator the same between your car and a C32? Fan? That's what I would use the EPC for.
I do remember that the TCU needs to be reprogrammed. PM member Pshek. He had done an engine swap and should be able to help you. Here is an old thread about this

Tb, EGR, and other boltons are included, but not the airbox. This is fine as I would be switching to the SL airbox anyway. Apart from the airbox, HE(hoses&clamps), and the ECU, I don't think I will need too many more parts considering I have a pre-facelift 320. I should be able to still use the same sub-frame, mounts, and tranny.
