Ok gentlmen, I posted this in the classified section but didn't get much response. So I'll try it on here :


Hello everyone. I recently toasted my motor in my 02' C32. I have just paid for the new motor and it is being shipped as we speak. I figure while the motor is out, I could throw some headers on. I wrote OBX, as well as the rep from AMS on this forum, but nothing yet. I also called eurocharged today and haven't heard back from them either. The RZR set (on here) sold while I was in the middle of purchasing my motor, and I cannot manage to contact RZR directly (emailed there sales dep. too) . So, does anyone have a set of performance headers for a 02' C32 AMG? Or is there a place you recommend that sells them?

Update: Just heard back from AMS rep and apparently they dropped there V6 line..

eurocharged.com still has Kleemann headers on the website, a bit pricey compared to the other makers though.. Try Evosport, not sure but they use to make ceramic coated shorties.. I have not tried any of these sets, just trying to help you out..

HGmotorsports said the wait on evosport was going to be a week and a half-two weeks. I was tryig to find something a bit sooner as my motor arrived yesterday and I'm not sure how much longer I can hold out. As for RZR, I tried looking them up by there address and calling them but apparently there's a different shop located at that address? Not getting much luk with this..

I'd recommend tubular over Log type headers. If you're gonna spend the money anyways....

Couldn't tell you, I believe is was due to the cam lob issue addressed on the forum, but my piston was completely broken off though so I'm not sure..

Get the evosport ones. They seem look like a good design, good coating and not extremely expensive. The kleemann ones are nice but way too expensive in my opinion.
