Cat delete video
Just a very brief video to give a teaser of the sound with a resonator and primary cat delete. I wasn't about to do anymore than this with traffic around. There will be something better coming in the near future.

The primaries were going bad, so out they went. It's not overly loud for normal driving but sounds real loud and aggressive when you drive more spirited.

It's hard to say. The car was running like crap for a few weeks before making the change. You start to get used to the lack of power, so when a change like this is made, it would be easy to say it feels so much faster/more powerful now. It does feel powerful now, but I can't offer anything more scientific than that. It does sound great now, that is a certainty.

replacing the primary cats with higher flowing ones won't do much for power since the stock exhaust manifold is the biggest bottleneck in the exhaust system. if you were to get headers and remove the bottleneck, then you'd likely see a little gain...but wouldn't expect much increase in power if at all without getting headers

The res delete didn't change the sound of the car as much as I thought it would but it defintely sounds a little deeper now. I don't think I'd want it much louder so I have no intention of deleting my cats, either primary or secondary.

One thing I've noticed is that when you're at wide open throttle, you can't hear the supercharger anymore. It's completely drowned out by the exhaust, which isn't a bad thing because the exhaust note sounds so impressive. I had someone tell me that it sounds like the race cars in Forza.
