Concern on my C55 idle

So I turned on my car today and it has ran smooth RPM but the car is shaking a little bit. The lights inside have a very small flicker to them.
Anyone have this problem? Could it be my motor mounts? I have 53645 miles on it.

like it vibrates rapidly, or it shakes? and no CEL? i want to say you're misfiring, but then you'd get a CEL. could be a motor mount.

There is no cel. Its kinda shakey. Its not bad you have to really pay attention to notice.

I just put in a optima red top not to long ago. I dont think the battery dieing would shake the car.

Funny, I just had the same issue after an autocross event. I did about 20 practice laps with a lot of WOT, everything was fine while running. Then I let the car cool down and restarted and got the rough idle and no codes. I figure maybe some dirt got in the injector.

I have the same issue, perhaps motor mounts. Do you notice a difference when shifting into reverse?

Sounds to me like your having a misfire. Possibly in one of the cylinders. Is your check engine light on? Because I have 84k miles and still have my motor mounts, which are in great condition.

I'm sure they do, because the factory ones should be a lot stronger. I've heard cases of motor mounts goin out at around 50-60k but that's rare

I think we can use e55 motor mounts. I remember 320 dreamer was talking about taking bad motor mounts and filling them with urethane. Check out the link: https://mbworld.org/forums/c32-amg-c...ts-needed.html
