C32 AMG 03 supercharger issues
hey guys hope someone can help me out
So today i get out of my car and i hear this horrible sound coming from my supercharger i have been reading around and its could be couple of things the car has 115,000miles. Before i take my car in to be checked i would like to have some idea what i might be looking at spending.
1.Supercharger might be low on oil.
2.Pully
3.Bearings
4.Belts

Yup super charger bearing. I had the same issue. It had almost sounded like it was coming from the back of the SC. But after changing the bearing the car has been quite quite quite ever since 
If I remember correctly the parts was around 50 bucks and quite simple to replace.

hey guys want to say thx for the help...But i cant find the bearing any where the MBD is saying there are only going to sell me the whole SC and my Import Shops dont have it if any one has a site that i can order the part???

Harold at hp autowerks also has the bearing ($49.00). I bought one from him and it turned out to be my clutch pulley that was bad. just check both to see which is bad. Clutch pulley assembly tends to fall apart where it's riveted together. if you have a tough time I still have that brand new bearing still in wrapper.

Also, if the pulley is bad eurocharged has a pulley that gives you 40 more hp for half the price. MB wanted $1430. for stock (71mm) assembly and eurocharged (65mm) is $599. you definitely feel the improvement.

I would get a new pulley from EC it will come with bearings ready to install. should also consider the ECU & TCU upgrade too.

Do not mix supercharger and supercharger pulley bearings.
You MBD is right there is no supercharged bearing available, I was looking 4 'em my self and couldn't find anything.
As for the link, it is the pulley bearing.

Well am not sure my self what it might be but i placed a order for the SC bering from the http://www.needswings.com/Supercharg...scBearing.aspx and it should be here in couple of days it would cost me around 3,000 $ for a new SC so i want to see if its only a 45$ problem am going to let you guys knew what happend.
