the guy in the c32 is one of the member on here too. He said he couldn't get grip, but from the video, all the evidence shows that he's simply slow. By slow, i mean his reaction time.

In Italy M3 is faster than C32
M3 0-100 km/h 5.2" 0-200 17.6"
C32 0-100 km/h 6.3" 0-200 19.7"

Someone get on the phone right now and call AMG. They are obviously building underpowered engines dependent on the country.

Thank God none of us bought the Italian C32.

The M3 may be faster, they're sweet cars and I take nothing away from them. I'm just saying that the race from a dead stop would not have resulted in a 2.5 car lead by the bimmer had the c32 pilot not been asleep at the switch...

By the way, the m3 sounds pretty tight with a titanium exhaust...I still don't get why they don't produce the sedan

Was this at all affected by the loose steering/suspension that the C32 apparently had?

Naah, probably not.:o

You know it's funny...M3 or S4 owners come over here all the time wanting to compare their car in one way or the other, but you don't see AMG owners going off and doing the same in a comparable percentage at all.

So is that M3/S4 owners have a glaring lack of self-confidence or just that you're overcompensating for shortcomings in other departments?

Or to be serious..here's a question for you:

If you say that the C32 does 0-60 in 6.3, why does track challenge have one that does it in 5.5? Couldn't be that you're talking out of school, is it?

Best of luck with your engine not exploding!

I currently own a US version C32, and my brother has a European version M3.

The only reason I could think that the M3 is faster in Europe is because it has 10 more horses than the M3 here in US

Us version: 333 hps
Europe version: 343 hps

That's strange. In Holland, it's the exact opposite.

C32 0-100 km/h 5.2" 0-200 17.6"
M3 0-100 km/h 6.3" 0-200 19.7"

Isn't that just the difference in how hp is measured in those markets versus a true horsepower difference? I think you're comparing SAE hp to DIN hp.
