My New Project
I couldn't fit an aftermarket regulator after a lot of work i don't know why maybe there is another regulator in the fuel tank but i couldn't regulate the pressure: ( i didn't touch the tank)
system now: stock in tank pump- bosch 044 outside pump- stock filter/regulator- looped fuel rail (550cc injectors).

I installed a 400LPH pump in tank, looped rail, and have the needs wings solution to your problem on the shelf.

I made the setup even less flexible by adding a 45' to make the T on a 90' The plan is to run a -8 supply an relocate the FPR. I am still dropping to 45 PSI with all the fuel system upgrades.
Damn Ethanol
P.S. Save it about TTM and how cool of a beta tester you are. This is Roberts thread, I was just informing him of where the pressure regulator is located.
I removed the the smog pump valves like 2 years ago. Again as we have already covered I have the LTH so no CATs to heat up with the air pump.

I'm also curious as to way you enlarged the intake manifolds.

get off your high horse. btw running an8 will drop your pressure even more but im sure you already know that

no top mounts changed plan to water/meth. i am tired no more works.
i enlarged the manis coz i want more air/hp at top end and to lower torque and spin at low end.
My E85 Fueling issues are NOT solved YET

Jerry shut my car down on 2 dyno pulls in a row when he saw the AFR's start flying above 4K. Consulting the ZT2 (pair: L/R banks) the problem was clear, 45psi on the rail will not get the 550cc's enough fuel.
And yes E85 fill ups are very nice. I am currently paying 3.05/gal here in FL. Once the fuel delivery issues are solved I have no doubts people are going to notice the results of my 3.2L stock Blower vendetta.
I have had a 3.7L ML block waiting for me to make my goals a longgg time... I never would have fathomed to do Roberts inspirational blower swap. I paid close attention to the SCRAM build but I now think Roberts is more viable if I can source a higher performance HE.

i took out the stock filter/regulator and installed an aftermarket regulator at the return line but i couldn't regulate the pressure, when i turned on the engine the gauge always go to max (>10bars), so i returned the stock filter/regulator and went back to stock pressure 4 bars with the bosch 044 pump, ev14 550cc injectors and looped fuel rail and now it's working good, yesterday i run the car and the afr is at 11/11.5 at high rpm, still with last C32 tune. i am waiting the 175mm pulley to arrive and install it then dyno tune with Jerry. all i can say now that with stock 55k pulley the car is spinning tires all third gear, the power is insane. the boost is at 1.4 bars (20-21psi) with stock pulley, with the 175mm i think i'll be at 1.6 bars (23-24psi).

What do you have monitoring your true rail pressure? I have a ZT2 with a sender on the end of the rail I assume we are after very similar fuel needs. I need "30%" more for my E85 setup, your displacement/boost should be in the same zone...
my pressure droops off 12-14 PSI around 4k, this with the "400LPH" pump I had PM'ed you. I am not really sharing what I have done because with the masses because its not working and I don't want anyone trying it and blaming me...
Everyone keeps telling me to give up.
