C32/C55 AMG
No CEL and no issues so far? I guess it's time to rename the beast the C37 AMG, lol. I expect with a tune and if everything is all good, you should be seeing 450+ whp, hopefully more!!!!

2003 C32 (NW, LET, etc)
I have a 3.7 Block and 55K pistons on the shelf just waiting for when I finally manage to break my C32 in a way which I cant fix.
All of this is being lurked next to the Options C38 which is the title your car deserves if MB can call that other car a C63!
Congrats on the baby girl as well.
Don
P.S. I have Eurocharged LTH who else is in that club?

I try to never post, but this deserves major recognition. Someone had asked me if an E55 blower swap was possible and I replied no just two weeks ago.

if you have time to read all this thread you can see that i ended up with n/a 55 pistons, the 55K pistons will make lower compression ratio(below 8).

the looped rail applies to any engine not just the v8. as the fuel hits the end of the rail the pressure builds backwards causing a pressure drop at the back of the engine. i prototyped the looped rail for bruce at ttm for the last 6 months pr so. initial install fattened the tune up 2 full afr points and with the finished product and fuel pressure sensor installed i had better readings. prior to the install i showed 58 psi at the end of the rail. after the install the psi showed a more accurate psi of 56 and at wot i now see 53 psi at 16 lbs of boost. without the loop i would be thinking i had 58 psi all the time

I dont mind under 8:1 I am running E85 now and fighting fuel pump issues. Once they are solved I have 4 barrels (who wants one?) of Ignite 114 Red that I am either going to run straight or blended with E85. Then stacked pulleys or I am really liking the blower swap. I run a 185 now our mod lists were almost the same until you pulled this one...
I really suggest you look into the oil cooler mod Options did to their car, when I lost a head gasket @ 97k from a blown IC I swore it was the oil cooler and have not liked it since.

Race fuel help if you have high compression ratio.
Today i remembered that i have a tune with more fuel that Jerry sent me before, i loaded it on the car and wow the car run well, i did 3, 4 runs 2nd and third gear, the car need fine tune and more fuel but now it is drivable, it is a beast, spinning tires all 3rd gear.
i ordered today an air filter that sit on the tb, this is the only place i can put a filter for now also i ordered a bosch 044 inline fuel pump.

I thought about the fuel setup, my setup will be:
Fuel tank(Stock pump) to outside regular fuel filter (without regulator) to Bosch 044 inline pump, then fuel rail (injectors), then fuel pressure regulator (in the engine bay after the fuel rail) that regulate the pressure before it, and finally from fuel regulator to return line to tank.
like that all injectors get same pressure.

it's been more then one month now, i was very busy, i did a little work on the car and today i fired up the car again, all i did is the fuel system and modified bigger intake manifold, i ended up with looped fuel rail and bosch 044 pump along with stock filter/regulator, i couldn't fit an aftermarket regulator after a lot of work i don't know why maybe there is another regulator in the fuel tank but i couldn't regulate the pressure: ( i didn't touch the tank)
system now: stock in tank pump- bosch 044 outside pump- stock filter/regulator- looped fuel rail (550cc injectors).
