C32 Just Fitted DEPO XENON PROJECTORS...One Doesnt Work HELP!
Just replaced my frosty xenons with nice shiney new Depo's
BUT....
Drivers side dip beam (hid bulb) doesnt work!
passengers side works perfectly.
ive refitted the old frosty one and it all works perfect.
so i swapped the xenon balast to the new depo and fitted a new d2s bulb to it aswell but it doesnt work on dip!!
ive tried every combination i can think off ie fitted new bulbs/old bulbs/old balast which work in every combination in my old headlamp perfectly.
so this rules out any other fault like a fuse etc.
ive had a good look at the connectors on the new depo and they look good.
HELP!
Is my new depo faulty?

its half past midnight here in need to get it working to drive 20 miles home

which plug is the one you are talking about?
there are 3 plugs on my drivers side lamp (passengers side to non-UK cars)
is it the highest one?

i did this with the balast and the main connector and its still the same....no dip beam.
if i look directly into the projector lens i can see a few flashes of light (like lightening strikes) this last for a few seconds then stops.
so there must be something inside the depo causing this because as soon as i refit the old frosty lamp with the same bulb & balast it works perfeclty AARRGH!!
New depo working on the left but not right:

refitted old frosty....and works perfectly:
any ideas before i order another headlamp?
i doubt its a programming issue as i have factory xenons and the passengers side works perfectly.
i would love to just buy the oem ones but my local dealer wants £1200!
car does look good though...i also fitted later spec grill.

totally different than aftermarket hid kits.
but.....i wonder if the depo headlamp has been wired wrong.
is there a way to check with a multimeter if the live feed to the bulb is correct?
i know these systems have mega voltage so didn't think a mutimeter could be used?
i don't want to just swap the wires around incase i blow something on the car.
