Hey Cory -- do you have any data or dyno runs on improvements over stock with the new headers?
Nothing recent I'm afraid. ECU/headers should be good for around 25 at the wheels, if not a little bit more.

How long does this sale go for?
Also, this needs some sort of programming for the CEL right?

Cory will do that for your but you have to send your ecu in.Originally Posted by MercedesFTW

Otherwise if you know anyone with MB star in developer mode you can disable the secondary sensors
I will be ordering mine very soon. Dying to get this thing past the 400whp mark.

ExploreIf you get 15 WHP from a tune alone, does that mean the headers are only good for 10 WHP? If so, I'm not sure that's the best bang for the buck. I'm assuming these are not long tube headers.

Hey George,
Yeah they fit RHD, I put them on a few months back. Cory is very good to deal with after payment was made I had them in less than a week.
Do it trust me car sounds so much better, and goes a dam sight faster.
I still haven't done my Eurocharged remote tune get need to get of my *** and organise it.
Just about to organise some KW V2 from 3WD today, hopefully they won't be too hard.

I can't count how many times people have asked me about the sound..."Did it come stock like that?!?!"

Mid length with primary delete. My experience may be different to what they claim, but with my cat deletes and true duals I got way more than 25 at the wheels. If I didn't have so much more to do to my ride I'd be all over some hand crafted MBH's in a NY minute...BUT, Kleemanns are the best bang for your buck header on the maket period IMHO. 3x the price will not equal 3x the power for MBH. Law of diminishing returns I guess, but damn those MBH headers are a thing of beauty!Originally Posted by mikekuriger

You had said you were thinking of stepping up to a 150 shot a while ago, still thinking of giving it a try?
I'm trying very hard to resist picking up a set...I just put a set of J's Racing headers on my S2000 so maybe my C55 is feeling neglected? Would I need a tune right away or could it sit for a while without? A previous owner of my car already deleted the secondary cats and the resonator, but fortunately I still have the parts. I'm guessing if the Kleemans delete the primary, one needs to keep the secondaries?

Well, might be a bit loud without secondaries as well, once o disabled the Cat with Star, the CEL went away and has been running sweet. Definitely feel the difference, money well spent..
I´ve done the tune at Kleemann in Denmark. The headers need a ECU-tune to get max out of them, not only for the CEL.
They showed me a dynograph and it said 414 hp at the crank (367)
and 576 Nm (510).
The sound is amazing!! Primary cats gone but secondaries in place.
With resonator deleted the sound is awesome!!! You can cruise
around pretty silent but as soon you hit the pedal, it roars...
Kleemann told me not to bother do a x-pipe, since the original
system already have an 2-1-2, I wouldn´t gain anything.
There is a slight drone so I´ve concidered putting the resonator
back on but the roar when you hit it have stopped me doing it!!
Now you also can hear the V8 rumble even at idle, nice!
Sound recorded with a crappy mobilephone, in reality it´s different:
(turn up the bass and volume!)
Passed emissiontest where HC should be below 100, among others.
The emissiontestman noticed that the exhaustsystem was welded
and I told him that I´d hit a rock so instead of bying new exhaust-
system, I welded the old one... "Nice emissionresults!" he replied!

I've got them on my C55. Best mod for the 113 engine period. They sound great and do need an appropriate ECU tune to get all the hp out of them that they have to offer. Without the tune you will be leaving hp on the shelf.

How long does this instal take? Is it a pain or does everything install very easily without any headaches?
4-6 hours for installation for someone who has exhaust fabrication experience. 8 hours TOPS for someone working slowly doing it for the first time. Cutting and welding is required and some amount of fabrication may be required to make sure the pipes align properly without introducing stress into the system. It's not difficult in my opinion.

Anybody have these in California? i heard the laws here are much more strict for aftermarket headers etc... very interested, want these on my c55.

Here is my dyno with the headers+tune before and after.
The initial dyno had the secondaries already removed.
I had a net gain of 23hp/22ft pounds torque at the rear wheels.
You can hear a clip from the dyno and hear it in car in the links on my sig.
