Removing c55 spark plugs
Does anyone know if I need a special type of boot puller to take out the spark plugs? Or if they screw out? I'm slightly misfiring (no CEL), and I want to see if my plugs are still in good condition or if they need to be changed. Thanks!

Okay,
I basically said you need a 17mm wrench, and use the open end to pry out the wire/boots off each plug as some might be difficult to take off. The drivers side plugs in the rear are a nightmare
Also will need a swivel attachment 3/8, in order to get to the plugs in the rear as space is very very tight. If you have big hands forget about it
I replaced my valve cover gaskets at the same time, and the passenger side was easy, but the drivers side requires disconnecting the fuel line to the rail.

Also slight misfire can be old wires. If you have or know someone with STAR computer, they can see where it is slightly off, so you can pinpoint which wires/plugs may be suspect
