I Have CLK55 04, same brakes as your C32. 4pots front 2 pots rear.
I Was about to put full set of E55(same as sl55) 8pots front 4 pots rear.
They will fit but not direct bolt, you will need to do some modifications as well if u have the 17 oem rims, then u have to change them to 18 rims.

If u can find CLK55 05-06 or CLK63-07 (NON BS) OR R171 SLK55 : 6pots front 4 pots rear then it will be plug and play...

The upgrade you did is really nice for a daily driving, more nice look with less cost ! I've been thinking to put the E55 front and rears complete set(sure not plug & play, need to make mod ) and to find the 6/4 pots is somehow hard to find it over my place...So im thinking about ur upgrade, but let me ask you,did u feel any change in braking ? More better than before in how much % approx ?? Thanks

It wasn't really an upgrade in terms of performance, it was more for look and matching the front look. The piston bore is the same size, and the rotor is only slightly larger. I felt a very slight difference in the amount of rear squat when braking moderately, but it was very very slight.
