Oil change...

Is there a tube in the back of the block that is for pumping out the oil?

There's a black plug

in what would normally be the dipstick tube. It's what's used to suck the oil out at service time.

There is a drain plug for draining motor oil

Remove the rear under panel (there's two pieces), and you should be able to find a drain plug right where the engine and the transmission meet (in case you are wondering, no it is not transmission oil drain plug, it is for motor oil)

I was assuming that oil was sucked out in these cars until other kind members of this forum pointed it out for me.

I just changed my oil 2 days ago...

Mercedes sucks, j/k.

They use the black cap towards the rear of the motor, you know where your dipstick SHOULD be....

I like to change mine between services, so far I have drained once and sucked once. Sucking is easier, but I feel better after draining it. I have the lifts and it only tales me 5-10 minutes longer. I am sure that draining takes out more flakes filings and deposits, but MB thinks otherwise so.....

Sucking is an easier 'clean-hands' operation though.

does anyone have a pic of the location where to suck the oil out?

I only see the plug on top of the supercharger and the plug above the supercharger near the passenger side.

any one know? do i just take the oil from the fill cap?

the oil vaccum hole on the c350 is near the top of the engine closer to the fire wall. Some say on the c32 its the transmission fluid. can someone confirm where to suck the oil out of?

If I recall correctly, the oil is the round black cap toward the splitter and the tranny one (rectangular?) to the passenger side of the S/C that has the red key in the middle of the cap
