c32 problem

no engine codes.
90000miles

having a problem with the engine bogging down if I try to pass someone. its like the SC isn't engaging or as if there is a total lose of power even if I push it to the floor then once I come to a complete stop and take off it engages

It sounds like the same problem I'm having. I noticed yesterday that it only happens at higher speeds. If I go over 50ish mph I have the same issue. Also do you feel a slight surge over 50-55 for a second.

How do you check the IAT?

Great DIY, same one I used to replace mine.. I would recommend the Needswings intercooler isolating kit to keep your AIT down..

Hooked up the obd scanner on the 11 mile drive home. I hit 223f. I'm guessing this is my issue too.

You clearly need a new supercharger coolant pump. If you search almost any word in your initial post it will bring you to a multitude of posts concerning this exact problem.

Mate save yourself the trouble and get a new IC pump. I just bought a c32 with 133,000ks on it. Noticed that the car drove completely different after 15mins of driving to when I just start it up in the morning. I plugged my ELM327 into the OBD port and launched the torque app on my phone and voila, intake temp (IAT) was hitting 100 celcius. Even if your supercharger does not shut off (mine didn't) hot air is no where near as dense as cold air and you'll feel much less power.

I spent a week trouble shooting etc. bought the pump. 45 minutes to fit and BANG!!! power is back!!! intake temps rarely hit above 40 celcius even after WOT.

Big thanks to Eurochared for the overnight Saturday delivery of the Johnson cm30. I took out a previously installed Johnson pump and replaced it with the new one in about 30min. Then I took it out for a spirited run and the IAT temp never crested 122F. All signs of the original loss of power is gone.

Where are you guys seeing the IAT readings at? Is it one of the codes you can scroll through on the center dash?

No, you need OBD2 reader.
