Walked away with a broken 1st metacarpal that required some pins to put back in place. I consider myself pretty lucky.

I would consider parting the car out if there was a genuine amount of interest to make it worth the time and effort. You can refer to this thread for a list of all aftermarket parts.

Let me know if you decide to part out(and if its still intact) a price for the intake setup, rear diffuser, and exhaust. Glad to know Mercedes can still take hits and that your in one piece.

Airbag popped but the belts held tight and I didn't make contact with it.

For how hard it looks like you hit, the car withstood well. Those fat chicks though, you got to watch out for them . Glad you are ok though and looking at another Merc .

Chris - amazing you are in one functioning piece to post about this! Glad you are ok considering what the Benz looks like.

ughhh that sucks! if you do part out I would be interested in the LSD, IC pump (assuming its cm30), Heat exchanger, Headliner and sunroof cover, Headlight assemblies (looks ok from pics), drive belt tensioner and speaker setup as well.


Let me know, and if you need any help with anything im local. I live here in Houston/The woodlands as well!

Judging by the damage I don't think you'll want that heat exchanger.
