C32 Launch
I have an 03 with 118K miles on it...its a daily driver for me, I have several 500+hp vettes for fun. The C32 is strong from a roll....but if you launch from a stop it does not even break the tires loose,it bogs.....how would you describe your cars launch from idle?

my car screams off the line and I'm still on the stock pulley. I've got a good set of conti tuned in a 255 out back and I really need ease into the throttle for the first 30 feet to keep from going up in smoke. Once I'm out 20-30 feet I can matt it and it blasts off.
It feels every bit as fast as my 6spd, 400hp/406tq mustang it replaced.

and thats an off idle launch? I thought the delay might be to the supercharger not engaging until 1500

I have pulley tune, intake, and first gear is completely useless all tire spin. Even if I try it from roll it's just useless. Even when I hit it second gear 60-70 kilometers my esp lights up

In esp mode mine starts to spin and esp kicks in. Esp off mine melts the tires off off and fish tales as long as your in it. These cars have roots style super chargers so it's instant boost. I think you have something else going on.

none... for now
Im 99% sure it's "always" engaged. The "full torque off idle" phrase is true, as soon as the ECM reads throttle input, not XXXX rpm, any top-mount supercharger makes boost. The only time it's not making boost is when there's steady state, limited throttle cruising and a bypass valve opens, or in MB's case the electronic S/C clutch disengages(the reason I say 99%).

At full throttle I am making 190-198 KPA, which I believe is about 13-14 pounds of boost. IAT temps are low....I noticed timing is -8 to -10 at idle; not sure what is normal.
