Got my car four corner balanced the other day. It was kool how they do it, even getting me to sit in car while they weight each corner. I have bilstien suspension. I was excited wanted to tell someone cause wife couldn’t give a ____.

Haven’t been to track yet, big difference with bilstien and factory, and I did full overhaul with rest of suspension, not harsh at all, I thought it would be rougher ride but it’s not, but they raised the rear 3mm higher,

Morphh - very cool bet the ride is tight as **** with the balance and bilstien on it. Post up a pic or your ride man! I miss the C32 old school crowd here that used to be super active posting cool updates all the time on mods....not so much interesting mod stuff showing up anymore but then again these are 15 years old

Are you referring to the age of some of the posters lately?

Where did you have it done and whats involved in this?

This is not like an alignment is it?

Since coilovers are nearly infinitely adjustable, you raise or lower each corner until you've got each contact patch within a certain percentage of each other as far as weight goes. 50/50 either way, front to back or side to side, is very hard to achieve with a street car, but coming close makes a huge difference.

I went with pss9 but I changed everything in front end and rear, and yes I did it myself which I was proud of, even though I had to run out 3-4 times to get right tool. I don’t run spacers so front can only go down to 25 1/2 rear went down to 25 1/4 but the left side driver side is 1mm higher to take into account my 210lbs, I also put 2 peace racing brake front rotors and a lighter battery cause all our weight is in the front end. They wanted to raise the rear end even more, and it would help with understeer.
i still have baby seat in back which they moved to opposite side of me cause of weight balance, i thought it was going to be ruff but its actually smooth. It like being with a 18 year old virgin, I’m 40 and married but u guys get what I mean.
maybe I shouldn’t have said that

I thought it would be too much but when u go from 15 year old suspension to brand new it’s like wow, And love getting in it every time it’s so tight. I just got car out from winter last week so had all winter to do work, the pinch bolts on old suspension was pain in ***. And I broke sway bar bushing bolt pain is *** re tap out etc etc.

I track car 4-5 times a year plus 1/4 mile it. And take family to cottage and get 8.7litres per hundred.
Next is transmission I might go blue top solenoids, have tcu tune but still needs more.

yeah. Way better. My c32 was on tien coils. When I had it corner balanced it made a huge difference. That car was on rails.

Even going over bumps it’s one thud and done no bouncing. I went with lemfeder brand upper and lower control arms and outer tie rods, bushing and links from dealership.
