K&N air filters for C55
Benzo,
Are you sure they are the same as the ones used in the CLK55 '03 and newer?
I called K&N last month directly and they said they haven't made one yet for the 2005 C55.

Givin the engine and airbox are identical to the CLk55 it has to fit. K&N probably just didn't get their hands on a C55 to see for their self.

While I thank you for your input. You are both incorrect. Based on your fairly convincing responses, I ordered the same size air filters for the CLK 55. They arrived and I attempted to install them. They are not the same size. The C55 filters are actually much narrower. I guess I should have listened to K&N when I called them directly and they said they havent made the correct filter yet for the C55.

If it is W209, well then i still can not get over how its different. Sorry about that. I am sure K&N will take them back and refund you.
