well after treating my keys like ****** they have finnaly both broke..
first it was the main key, dropped it.. it opened into like 4 pieces.. never to work again... unlocks doors after some magiver skillz... so i was using my pretty little flat key.. but again, drop that to many times and its DONE! so my car is suposed to go into winter storage today.... but... i have no ****ing keys... cant start my car... its in my parkade in my spot clean as a whistle which is good.

Questions.
1. How hard is it to get a new key? ( in canada )
2. if i just buy a car cover and decide to leave my car where it is,
it's gonna get cold, it wont ever see any snow touching it, just will
brave the cold weather, what do i need to do so it's safe in the
cold?
p.s.

Its better to keep it from freezing weather if possible. A cover in the cold is better than nothing though. My car was stored half of last winter under a cover and half in a garage. When my car was outside I made sure to start it up about 3x a week and let i run for a bit. When the road was clear of snow for a few days I would drive up the road and back to keep things moving.

If your like me your about ready to hang yourself with the winter comming. I personally belong down south but I'm stuck here.

go to your local MB dealership for the key. They should be able
to get it for you.

Also, for your other question: Why not put the car inside your garage?
Or rent a storage space perhaps?

FYI key costs about $250, you don't have to go to the delaer unless you live very close to it, you can order it on the phone, give them your VIN number, and it comes in a box...

Personal experience...............
