Looking for a C43
Cams for 113 E55 motor
Hey guys new here in the forum and I've been reading about the swap for the 210 E55 engine into a 202 C43 which I know is the same engine just CC is bigger, I was just wondering if you guys could help me to find a company that make cams and headers for that engine
Thank you in advance

It is not recommended to use E55k series cams in an NA E55, they are two completely different types of cams, (SLR included). Honestly cams are one of the worst investments on the NA M113 E55 motors. The only thing you need to do is remove all the bottle necks. That engine is capable of 400HP+ easy NA if you just do all the right mods, you don't need a blower and you don't need cams, you just need to do the right mods. With that said, Our headers are coming out roughly at the end of this month for the W210 E55 engines however it won't work if you plan on using it in a W202 chassis, You will neeed the C43 headers in order to snake around the steering box, thats the only way they will fit.
Hope that helps.

The specs on the 55K cams are actually better suited for the N/A 5.5L cams for the N/A 5.5l motor vs the Schrick(Kleeman) cams. The VRP cams with programming is definitely worth the investment as well. The VRP cams are probably the best suited based on specs and dyno tuning. Ask PTE. And yes cams,ECU tuning with exhaust makes a nice difference on these cars.
A blower will bring the car into low 11's ask Ahmad with the CLK55(Blackbenzz).

C55asleep picked up some decent gains in his NA C55 by adding SLR cams. Dollar wise they may not be a great investment but the HP gains are there.

Carl needs to send his car to Colorado. Kleemann just posted a 10K package deal for the Kompressor, Headers and install.

As for my car. I really need to get my *** in gear. The car is due for emissions testing at the end of this month and I've been putting off the install til after that. After that it should be game on but knowing my history I'm sure something will come up.

I would agree 100% but how and how much would it cost to get your car out there? I was out there once at HOP and spent a few hours checking the place/cars out. Josh is very straightforward and doesn't cut corners. A clk430 with over 100K on the clock made over 340whp without cooling and tuning @ around 7psi I believe. I watched it happen. I would expect 400whp no prob with the same thing bolted to your mill. Compared to the screw blowers I think you'll lose a little bottom end and torque but these setups have plenty already in that area. The fit/finish on the HOP kits is of true custom quality. HOP is a sick operation not to mention the C32coupe he built.

He told me a 5.5L car would make at least 450whp with his kit!
