Cool Summer Rims

Summer is coming up I just got these SL55 rims for the C43 they look really sweet about to show them off soon. Size front 18x8.5 30 offset / rear 18x9.5 33 offset. Also installing H&R super sport springs (prt # 52727-77) and Bilstein sport shocks. Any suggestion on tire sizes? Do you guys usually change shoes in the summer or keep the same pair all the time?

Nice

I've seen those on a 202 and they look great. You can find a few pics here with that setup. When I had a C230 I used it winter/summer and changed the wheels/tires for each season.

Thanks.

These are my third set of rims and they are true AMG...for the winter I have a set of knock offs, I wanted mono but I could not pass the deal on these rims. Once I paint the calipers (red) I think it would look better and shows of the massive disc brakes and calipers vs using the mono rims. What size of tires do you suggest in combo with the H&R SP spring and Bilstein SP shocks? I just dont want the tires to rub.

I was going to powder coat the calipers ($200-$300) but I decided to paint them using G2 brake caliper paint kit, been researching the best way to do this.

I will be posting a before and after pictures once I get all these in place.
1. H&R sp springs
2. Bilstein sport shocks
3. Painted calipers
4. and of course my summer rims

Here you go PJmak....

Took the picture early one morning back of the building at work with my iphone. You can see my stance are ooogleee (stock) but reading everyones feedback and pics post here gave me the best info on what springs and shocks to use to get the right stance I'm looking for. By the way these are my winter shoes...

Central Valley...Dead smack between the Bay & Sactown. I've only seen one other person that owns a C43 around here (Silver). Scared the $H#% out of me one day homeboy was was waiting outside wanted to know if I was selling my ride this was maybe just a week after acquiring the C43.
