So about 5 months ago it came on, eventually went away. I just replaced my crankshaft sensor, and low and behold, after that it came back on. Any DIY stuff for replacing this? Car is running fine, no issues, just that stupid orange light

O2 sensor failure code, right?

Mine did it very shortly after I bought it. Performed 100% fine but the light would come and go. Replaced the o2 sensor, good to go for more than a year since. Prolly made it worse with that crank sensor issue while it was pumping unspent fuel all down the exhaust manifolds.

Unfortunate, O2 sensors issue in our C43s is almost "usual bad habit"..!!,

everytime when i diagnose my car i found O2 sensors fault codes,,

erase the fault, and comes back after 2-3 days,

i replaced mine with an "NGK/NTK" sensors.....

ZAYED,,

ngk o2 sensors are they better than bosch sensors?
bosch claims they should last approx 160000km?
mine failed at 60000km.

i've seen random ngk/ntk sensors on ebay, do you have the correct partsnumbers for them?
I only need sensors for front primary cats.

is it like ngk sparkplugs, they are way better than bosch parts?

I'll take Bosch any time. Never had a problem with parts made by them. Just changed a O2 sensor with 248k on the clock. I don't know if it was an original part from 99', but if it is, looks like a good life span.

About year ago,, when the car goes hot, during WOT, started to loosing power,

i replaced the (MAF-Fuel pump-Fuel pump Relay-CPS sensor-Cam sensor-Spark plugs-Bosch O2 sensors), with NO luck,

when i put a "NGK/NTK" O2 sensors,, this silly problem not appears again..!!

then when i return the Bosch’s, the problem comes again..!?,

that’s the main reason that i replaced them with "NGK/NTK",,

in mean while, in my case; can't 100% confirm if the "NGK/NTK" is better than Bosch’s.....!?!

i got 2 "NGK/NTK" #: "25546",

this partsnumber is it for left/right side primary cats?
"NGK/NTK" #: "25546"

bosch have different partsnumber for each side and both plugs differs in colors

It depends to the O2 wiring spec., in my car the both got the same connector plugs,

my friend C43 is almost 99% like mine, but his O2s plugs are different,

i can’t tell that positively in your car spec.,

there are "2" kind of connectors(see attach),,

*should to be sure what kind of plugs you have to get the correct set....

I'm assuming this is what I need, is the sensor on the drivers side? I think we have 2 rear sensors? I can just replace the one right? I'm trying to get another car as a DD so I'm trying to be as cheap as possible.
