I personally would not move on a car like this. The main question I have is whether or not it has a clean title:

At that price, I would do a total body strip the solve any rust. Strip for super lightweight then track the beast with a 5,4

Honestly I'm just waiting for the s202 C43 AMG wagon to become eligible to ship to the USA to become my new daily. I'd buy this thing today and strip off everything from it I could use and sell the rest. Motor would go into my wagon and the rest would sit around as spare parts to split between my sedan and wagon C55.
