Anyone have experience with code P0450 on a c43?

Cant get the car to get to RDY state on all the computers prior to the smog check.
Its left hanging on cats and it says incomplete. It keeps throwing this code after about 10 mins of driving which is when all the computers would usually get to the RDY state.
I have replaced the Charcoal canister, mot valve, and the valve that's attached to the charcoal canister.
What else could it be?

If the pump is bad, make sure the relay is replaced or it will just burn up another pump.

dont think it was related to that unfortunately. I had the code reappear multiple times after that.

Im trying to figure out if that means that thebpressure sensor is inside it or that thebconnectore there leads to a sensor somewhere else

This above is the passenger side which apparently has a fuel pressure sensor built into it. Yes there are two connectors and I agree. The other side of the part has a small circuit board with two small wires going to the other connector so thats for sure the float level sensor.
This side above must be the pressure sensor, I don't know what else it could be.
The brown tube going out of it comes out to the bottom of the sending unit(see pic above right above where I circled it).
Note: these are basically inside the tank at the bottom so when pulling them out the tanks must be drained.(The metal allen wrench part can be taken out and it reveals a valve sort of drain). When you push inside the valve it'll start draining fuel.
I also read that this is just on the USA models but not sure.
Heres a pic of the other side.

usually this pressure sensor not damaged or not common issue, with fuel system,
so weird if it went away..!!?,,
MB part #: "202 470 30 41", then replace it in (Nov/2009) with:-
*MB #: "208 470 06 41"
*Continental/VDO #: "2218 3900 2003Z"

When I drained the fuel, it looked like oil at the bottom. I had some separation happening.
I can see this being an issue for whatever sits at the bottom of the fuel tank.
I had to replace the fuel pump and filter.
