Are you talking about the manual shade or the automatic one? From what I have read it is quite involved to put the automatic one in...that is once you locate the parts. I installed the manual one in my car since my daughter is in a rear facing seat. Best $100 I have ever spent. If you follow the directions it is really easy to install. The self tapping screws do pull out of the reardeck being cardboard and all. What I did is pull both speaker grills and put a plastic "backing plate" for the screws to bite into. So far it has been eight months and no problems. I bought mine at the dealer.

Well it looks pretty good and fits into the channel already in the rear deck so you don't even see it when you are not using it. There are two clips that go in the upper corners that just hook onto the headliner. Do you already have a line on the parts for the auto sunshade?

If you buy all the parts new at a US dealership, it will be over $1000.

Here is mine just before it was completed.

I installed my manual rear sunshade about 5-6 months ago. Very simple to do. Fits right into the channel in the rear deck and the clips to hold up the shade were krazy glued on since I was not about to do any drilling (no one had installed anythign like this, so I wasnt sure how well it would work and didnt want to do any permanent damage.) Took me about 15 mins and $25, not $100. I dont drive the C43 more than a few times a month and have lef it up for a very long time and no problems. I'll post a few pics later.
