c43 amg
Hello all
In canada. Just about to sign up on a lease deal for a 2018 c43 sedan (grey, dinamico, all packages + performance seats) i ordered last year aug/sep and picking up next week (car in ontario now). I didn't finalize all parameters on the day I ordered. this is what I am signing for now. how bad/good/meh is it?

msrp 72540
discount 4249
trade in 8622
security deposit 850

lease= 36/12k 2.9% RV=58%
monthly = 808

thanks for any help and let me know if I need to give more info... Oh, and I wanted to ask if there are any things I must definitely check before accepting the car

Sorry this is an old deal from Nov 2106

This is a copy of the lease calculator I always use for car deals.

Residual is 58% for 15k miles per year/36 months.

Seems to me they claw back some discount with the money factor but overall deal is fair, if not great. I don’t see how they can give you base money factor and chop 10% or more off the price and make any money. I got the strong impression this deal was pushing the limits.
Thats kind of how I do it.. half a point or less depending on the car.. buy rate is tough to make my finance guy do...its asking them to work and not get paid.. and they work for me so sometimes I end up discounting cars more to make up for it so they get paid and the customer gets a deal

Good afternoon, first time poster in MBworld. Can you see if this is a good deal?

2018 C43 AMG Coupe 4matic
MSRP:65140
Net Cap: 57500
MF: .00125, after 10 MSDs: .00055
Monthly: 713.03 including tax
drive off (1st month, fees, 10 MSDs, acquisition fee) : 713.03+808+7500+945 = 9966.03

Any input is much appreciated! Thanks.

Aside from the MF being marked up slightly, you're looking at around 12% off which is ballpark for this car.
However... you might want to consider just buying the car at that point when you are putting down almost $10k.
A 60 month loan, you're probably only looking at a $100/mo more than your lease term. (With your $10k down).
If you go 72 month loan, you might be paying less than your current deal. Just something to consider

He means the 12% discount is in the ballpark of a "good deal"

Exactly this. Most people tend to get in the range of 11-14% off MSRP, but there are also fleet discounts for those who work for companies that have partnerships with MB

How can you evaluate his deal when we don’t know how many miles per year he is leasing?

You can kind of tell just with the MF that he posted; the closest base MF was .00121 so just process of elimination, we can see that his MF was marked up just a little bit.
The residuals are set so those don't really matter.

Wondering if anyone has info on what discounts can be expected on left over 2017 C43s? I found a few but they are optioned to over $70K just trying to see if it is worth my time or if I am better off finding a more reasonably optioned 2018.

Also not sure what current loyalty incentives are in place (getting ready to return a 2015 C300). I have changed employers so unfortunately no more fleet discount but going to see about USAA and/or penfed as possible alternatives.

Thanks in advance.

Massachusetts deals??

I'm in the market now for a C43 and wanted to know if anyone had any luck getting good deals in New England? MA, CT, RI, NH, NY or NJ. I'm in Boston but wouldn't mind traveling for a good deal. I'm not eligible for fleet discount but I do have 2 financed MB with MBFS not sure if that helps. Both of my MB I got 10% off MSRP

I am seeing 12% before incentives (fleet/usaa) in Florida. Depending on your local market you might do slightly better or worse but you can do better than what you have so far.

Thank you guys. I ended up getting 13% off on a 2018 C43 lease here in SoCal.
