Lowering a c43 AMG coupe?

Anyone lowered their c43 coupe? After a lot of searching I can confirm H&R spring part #s for lowering the c450 sedan and c300 coupe, but have yet to see a lowered c43 coupe on H&R sport springs. On the H&R website the 2017 c43 coupe is not yet listed- can anyone confirm if the c450 springs will work on the coupe?

sorry if this has been covered already, but I couldn't find in search.

it has and someone confirmed that the springs would work. What has me on the fence is the electronic dampening and how the new progressive springs will affect that and possible the shock.

I think we need someone to pull the trigger on these and share their experience!

Pretty sure those are the ones for the sedans. I called H & R directly and they said they do not have springs for the coupes out as of yet.

I can only speak for the sedan with regards to what you're on the fence with, which are the electronic dampening and shocks. If your changing to h&r springs only and not coilovers, the dapening and shocks do still work (comfort and sport/+. It lowers the car to about or a little over an inch. If you're able to get the car to bottom out on stock height, then you have an inch less to do so with the h&r springs. Ride will be stiffer, but from my experience with non run flat tires, I don't even notice it.
So, if someone has installed springs for the sedan on the coupe, you should be good. What I'm able to confirm is the c450 springs do work for the c43 but those are for the sedans, back when only the c450 was in h&r's website. Idk if they've already updated that to show for the c43 sedan.

Good luck!

From what I understand the coupe shares the same chassis as the sedan so suspension should be 99% the same too.

So I bought the suspension in the link provided by NYCsoil. I hope to get them soon. Once I get them they will be installed and I will keep you all updated as I hope Dvision will respond to this thread! I cannot wait.

Sorry fellas... I haven't had a chance to take many pics of the car. This is the only decent one of the drop that I have. I'll try and take some ASAP. Delivery was the first week of Jan and I immediately dropped it on H&R Sports (the ones for the sedan) with 15mm ECS spacers. Haven't noticed much of a difference in ride quality at all. Comfort is still fine although I'm looking forward to retiring these runflats..

Hey Dvision, I think we will all take what you have for now lol. But when possible if you can take some clearer pictures that would be awesome. Is it tucking on all sides? Also, could you point me into the direction of the spacers you used? Do you feel any vibrations or squeaking after? I only ask because I plan on have my suspension setup exactly how yours is. Thank you so much. BTW I hate these damn pirelli run flats. Wish they never came with the car.

hey, just took the liberty to adjust the photo to display the wheel gap a bit better and cropped it level to give an idea of rake.

Looks like a nice OEM drop with the right rake.

Thank you sir. Well my springs are on order and have shipped out. Once I have them installed I will definitely post more pictures for reference as well. The wait is killing me

A few more pics. Still not the greatest but you should get the idea. If you bought the springs I suggest you pic up the spacers also. They didn't effect my ride at all but gave me the aggressive look i was after. Bought them here:

Thank you very much! Just ordered my springs

Link that you provided for the wheel spacers seems to be incorrect? Their website shows that they will fit Audi only...

I used to drive an Audi s5... Both Audi and Mercedes have the same wheel bore. They fit fine..nothing below the 15mm though... As i tried 10mm on the front and they would not sit flush..

Thank you Dvision. So you ordered 15mm all around? Are those with the extended lugs that come with it? Just to confirm it's 95 bucks for a set, so essentially we would have to order two sets if I am not mistaken. Thank you, the drop looks perfect!
