Tire pressure

I got new PS4S installed and followed the recommended psi on the gas cap.

Is is this right? 33 psi in the rear and 36 in the front?

Does the sticker in he driver's side door frame match the gas cap sticker? Mine does not. I am using the 39 recommend on the driver's door. 39 all around.

It depends on a lot of things... what you see on the door and gas lid are really just recommended pressures. Try playing around with it, till you get to what you are comfortable with while taking into consideration tire brand, wheel construction, suspension (even stock), climate, load, the roads you take and your driving habits.
i'm on 20's, cast wheels, h&r springs, 245/30f 275/30r continental dws, in CA. I found the best pressures for me are 38f/36r (cold). Haven't cracked a rim yet (thank god). None of my passengers have complained about the ride. And still very responsive taking corners. The highest that its gone this summer is 42f 39r, after driving around. This works for me, but i'm sure under normal circumstances it won't vary much, maybe just a pound or two.
Hope this helps.

That's exactly what I am running too. 38/36 cold and 42/39 hot.

Think it's perfect and so far the tires are wearing really nice.

I'd go for 40 (hot) all around and adjust to your liking from there.

I have tried a number of different tire pressure combinations and did not notice much if any difference. Stiff short sidewalks are difficult to overcome.

I expirmented a bit myself and found similar results as above. 36/33 is what is recommended but I think it's for easy driving. Driving aggressively I was rolling too far on sidewalls. I checked with chalk. I settled on 38/37 cold. I went a bit higher in the rear than needed so I could induce a slight oversteer. Feels a bit more fun. I m coming from a mustang and miss the loose rear end.

this is on non run flat summer tires.

is 39 on the sticker (i have the same) for extra load? or just because the tires are extra load?

running the p-zero run flats on 19s - i'm doing 36 cold, which gets to 39/40 hot. wonder if i should bump em up a bit?

Dealer had my 19/run flats set really high at ~42, said it would help stop bending wheels, etc.

actually think it was about right for that set-up.

Don't trust tha dealer sets it correctly. The gas cap is the pressure you should fill. My sedan says 36f 33r. That's fine for easy driving. I drive a bit aggressive and hit corners fast. I was getting sidewall rollover. I settled on 38/36. All pressure cold first thing in the morning. I experimented with chalk to see how much sidewall rollover I was getting.

After some early experimentation I ran39 all around until the replacement. Now 42 and I can't tell any difference. I am running P0 summers.
BTW - gas cap is not always authoritative. Always good to check inside the driver's door frame.
