AMG Performance Exhaust V Sports Exhaust
I read on one of these forums a while ago , that when the performance exhaust is de-activated with the button ,it is actually quieter than the standard sports exhaust . Sounds like the best of both worlds , but is this actually the case ?
Would appreciate any comments one way or the other , before I make my purchase decision .

Can concur. After a tough day at work, I can either let is rip all the way home or turn it all off and just sit quietly in a cocoon. You likely won't do the latter very often though

Thanks for the positive replies guys.
I'll definitely get the performance exhaust package and on delivery change wheels back to 18 inch with all seasons . The Canadian package comes with 19 inch summer tires !

I love the car. I live in a small town. When I see the cops I turn off the PE. And when I get to my house I turn it off so I don't bother the neighbors late night.
You will love this car guaranteed.

I think you'd be better off just getting some aftermarket 18''s and putting winter tires on them.

Would the dealer allow to swap the 19" to 18"? Can you get some credit back for it? This would be nice option for Canada.

Yes ,I already got agreement to change to regular 18 inchers after delivery . Not expecting any rebate though . If I get the PE and 18 inch all seasons I'll be happy .
