Update:
This morning I pulled the jb1 out and went for my first service @ 9,710 miles. While there, they performed the transmission and fuel delivery software updates, according to the Service Advisor there was a recall for both updates. According to him, the car had no engine or transmission codes.
After all said and done, I pull out of the dealership into the highway and my first impression was..... hmmm... it feels faster than this morning, almost as fast as map1 did the dealer install the jb1 back..... but I left it in my garage...
So I decided to pull out Mr. Dragy out of the bottom of my glove compartment for the heck of it.
According to Mr. Dragy 0-60 in 4.1 seconds and the 1/4 mile in 12.54@109.46mph. I only managed 1 run, launching @2krpm just to get a rough idea and confirm my Butt-Dyno. Outside temp was 76f
0-60
1/4 mile
In comparisons to my very first track times below.

I reinstalled the jb1 and went out for some logs. I managed one clean map0 log before switching to map1. However, the roads were too crowded to try anymore logs, maybe latter.
With map0, which is basically stock (the jb1 does not add any boost, it's only used to log), it's pushing above 10psi throughout the entire rpm range and as high as 13psi with a couple of 14-15psi spikes....stock! While I wasn't able to capture a good map1 log, the car feels a little faster with map1, but not as fast as it did when I first installed the jb1. I will give it some time to adapt before additional logs/map-switching.

It has been raining on/off since Saturday, I haven't been able to do a clean pull, I just switched to map2 since and left it there. This morning it cleared a little and I was able to do a quick 0-60. Map2, stock tires.

Man, this makes me want to get the updates. I'm going to try and track the car once so I have something to compare to.

This is ridiculous. We need a jb4 asap it's getting to the point that a full ECU tune is not necessary.
I guess with the transmission update, you will need to do some more tweaking with Map6. I am patiently awaiting to see what more you can do.

I'm not sure if the jb1 has anything to do with the added psi or not, possibly! I removed it about an hour before heading out for service. The added boost could be part of the new programing, It's also possible that the ECU adapted to the jb1 subconsciously adding more boost and fuel.
After the update, the throttle is a lot more responsive with extra torque in the low/mid range, and more crackles at lower rpm than before. The transmission shifts smoother and seems to hold gears in S+ a little longer, most noticeably in 3rd gear. When I went for service, I just asked the SA to have the trans fluid checked because "it's shifting rough, maybe it's low on fluid!!" Before I finished my sentence, the SA mentioned that my car has 2 recalls, transmission and fuel-delivery software updates that will be performed during the service. The entire service including a good wash/vacuum took less than two hours.

Sorry for the ambiguity. 4.5 of a full tank - averages out to approx 95 octane.
I have a few runs logged from a dig and from a roll I need to review (though I really have no idea what I'm looking at ). It was cold tonight - 40F. With Sport on the car broke traction with ease from a dig w/Tq braking. But damn does map2 on this thing make a difference! There are some track days in May I might be able to make it to for some actual slips. Might try to borrow a dragy in the meantime too, but I'll be out of country for the next two weeks starting Friday, so no real fun til May.

The app I used is "Acceleration Timer"
These runs were with off the shelf JB1 unit using Map6 that comes with it standard. I was finally able figure out how/what to tweak after some reading and a few emails with Terry@BMS. Unlike other platforms (BMW,VW), boost in Map 6 is the only thing that's activated and can be tweaked in our units. I only tweaked it in a couple of spots, where I felt (via butt dyno/slips) that it could use it, this was based on BMS's standard boost settings that Terry provided me.
My times with Map 1 - 12.5@111.7mph https://mbworld.org/forums/c450-c43-...ack-times.html
My times with Map 2 - 12.2@113.8mph https://mbworld.org/forums/c450-c43-...stock-c43.html
My times with Map 6 - 12.1@115.2mph
As I said before, I'm still on the stock Downpipe/intake, with less than $400 for everything (JB1&cable), 15 minutes Plug&Play!
Setting that Terry from BMS provided, which I based my tweaking on.
>> 'RPM based target
>> psi_curve[0] = 3.0 '1500
>> psi_curve[1] = 4.0 '2000
>> psi_curve[2] = 5.0 '2500
>> psi_curve[3] = 5.0 '3000
>> psi_curve[4] = 5.0 '3500
>> psi_curve[5] = 5.0 '4000
>> psi_curve[6] = 4.5 '4500
>> psi_curve[7] = 3.5 '5000
>> psi_curve[8] = 3.0 '5500
>> psi_curve[9] = 2.5 '6000
>> psi_curve[10] = 2.0 '6500
>> psi_curve[11] = 2.0 '7000
MAP 6 Boost (example below) is what I personally tweaked, this is a standard Map that comes with the unit that anyone who buys JB1 and cable can use/tweak.

Just got back from the track, same set-up/gas as this https://mbworld.org/forums/c450-c43-...est-stock.html
This is after my first service/oil-change (10k) and the dealer's update.
