Okay, I'm thinking about getting these and gave H&R a call this morning.
I'll need the coupe application (23002-6) which sates front lowering from 1.2" - 1.8" and rear lowering from 1.4" - 2.0". The tech on the phone (didn't catch his name) told me that the lowering numbers indicated are representative of a non-sport suspension, such as would be found on a C300 coupe. Thinking about this a bit more I'd like to test what he said with you guys given that (a) the C43 only has one suspension height offering, and (b) this kit is specifically designed for the C43.
However, on the chance that he was correct in his assertion, does anyone know the suspension height differences between C300 coupe and the C43 coupe? I'm not sure where I would find that information.
Too bad the guy that bought these doesn’t post much. I wanted to see them on his car before I went that route. Glad you’re doing your due diligence. I’ll probably pickup a pair also.
I thought the differences between the suspensions was simply the adjustable dampers. Never considered there could be a height difference.

I will email some customers and ask them.
Thanks...appreciate the responses. Also, if you could try to find out any feedback regarding ride quality, I'm sure everyone would like to know. specifically if they have any feedback on ride quality compared to the H&R Sport Springs
Depending on how much of a tuck there is, I may not go for these. The coupe application indicates 1.2 - 1.8 Front, and 1.4 - 2.0 for rear. The sedan application indicates the same Front application, 1.2 - 1.8, but the sedan rear application is much less aggressive at only 1.0 - 1.6. If there is only a .2 diff between highest coupe setting and lowest sedan setting...that may be too aggressive for me. decisions, decisions
Ride quality is not affected too much. The spring is not too much shorter than stock hence the ride is similar. The car is not lowered via shorter springs, it is lowered by adjusting the lower spring mount.
You can adjust the ride height. On the lowest setting they are tucked in a bit you can raise it from that height.
My main concern is that the highest setting for the spring will not be high enough...and I'm particularly concerned about the coupe springs as they seem to be quite different from the sedan in the rear. My concern is surfacing mainly because many people have used the H&R Sport Springs (made for the sedan only) on the coupe, and they seem to work to lower the coupe evenly (1.2 Front and Rear). So, that being said, I don't trust that the coupe VTF springs will lower the coupe evenly. and I don't trust that it will lower the car without tucking.
this is all speculation on my end, so I need some photo evidence of a coupe to verify. but will also take photos of a sedan
I was really considering these but after further thought I think i’m gonna go the spring route. The drop they gave me on my previous coupe was perfect and if the ride quality is the same with the VTF it makes no sense to spend that kind of bread when the springs can be had for less than $250.
If I had the sedan I may think differently due to the rake but that’s not a issue with the coupe.

RIP to this car. Perfect drop.. car looked great.
I bought the H&R Springs for my cabriolet. Hoping they fit without issues - I can't find a single person that's done it yet, including H&R. I noticed the C300 sedan and C300 cabriolet shared part numbers on H&R's stock - crossing fingers its the same case..

yeah, I'm leaning the same way myself...for all the reasons you mentioned. I was looking for the VTF to allow me to get a bit higher than the Sport Springs (if I needed to) but I'm not convinced that they will allow me to do that.
Sorry for the lighting, sun was going down.
I had the h&r springs for the sedan and wasn't happy with the stance, too low in the rear. Bought the VTF adjustables and installed them today. So much better, I would say perfect now, I'm extremely happy with these.
Looks good man! How far did you drop it? How’s the ride? Same as the springs? I’m picking up the KW H.A.S from Autotalent in a few weeks when they come in.
Drop is the minimum in the rear, I think it was 1.2" and front is about 1.75". Slight positive rake, exactly what I wanted. Ride seems better than the springs so far. Only one day but very happy. I'm sure you will be very happy with the KWs as well. They look nice, I just got a deal I couldn't pass up on the vtfs so I went that way.

Thanks for confirming...it is really well done and is exactly the look I’m after. I have the sedan as well and just ordered that same spacer setup. Only challenge is that I have the h&r springs and now you’ve got me worried about the drop in the rear. If the adjustables have you at 1.2” in the rear, how far down did it sit on the h&rs? I like a bit of rake..maybe I just install the fronts?
Here is it is with the springs, negative rake which drove me crazy. Now I have the opposite with a slight positive rake which I love. I'm super picky though so take it with a grain of salt.
Sorry, I forgot to mention I actually removed the rear h&r springs and put the stock springs back in with the h&r left only on the front and I was much happier with the look. I would have kept it that way but the deal I got on the VTF ones made me take the plunge.

Wow...ok. Thanks for sharing that...easy to see the difference. Do you recall the measurement in the rear in the above pick with the standard H&R’s? I’m also pretty picky so you’re helping me a ton brother .
I actually think the rear is only half an inch or so less but I was able to drop the front more which balances it out. Half inch less in the rear and half inch more in the front gives it a much different stance.

Perfect - thanks for confirming that. This is how I will roll from the start then as I know I wouldn’t be happy based upon the pic you shared. You just saved me some time and disappointment. In the meantime, I will look for a deal on the adjustables as that is definitely the way to go on a sedan. Thanks again brother...will likely PM you when I get a set of adjustables to confirm your measurements
