Does anyone know what all those actuator noise is after turning the car off?
After I turn the car off, lock it and walk away from it, I can still hear it doing a plethora of stuff in the background. I can hear actuator noises, pumps running. All this shuts off after a few minutes. I was just curious if any of you guys know what the car is doing exactly during this time.

I've often wondered this myself. I can hear things happening from the moment I unlock the car most of the time as well. Post-shutdown, I've always half guessed something along the lines of a turbo timer to continue to circulate the oil during cool down.

its possible it is some sort of pump to keep coolant flowing after car is off so you dont get hot spots in engine? I know the older mercedes did that especially when its really hot. prioblely hearing relays too after the systems shut down. remember there are many computers in this car to run everything.

I've noticed this same thing, but only 3 or 4 times over the course of the time I've had my car ... about a year now.
No idea what it is or why it does it, but it also stops after 30 sec to a few minutes max.

I know one of those noises is the parking brake that engages itself when you trun it off. It's more prevalent when you don't put the car in park. Turn engine off in drive still and open the door. (It doesn't harm the car, read it somewhere in the manual) You will here the parking break engage clearly.
