Update from my dealer- My vehicle was moved back to the VPC today, but is now in a quality hold. This will likely be on hold until next week while they recheck components, repair tire bulges from sitting for so long, etc. Produced September 27, surveyed by VPC on October 13rd, moved to the remote lot on November 23rd, and back at the VPC today.

Crazy what options are available or not available elsewhere. I was watching a video on the E53 Hyrbid and they have cabin moods. This thing releases different scents, changes the temperature of the cabin lighting and even the music depending on the setting. Remove Before Race did say the C43 has better programming in the digital instrument cluster though. Plus it is unavailable with the performance exhaust. Heres the E53 Review:

looks amazing man, same build except the wheels. Just got the call, finally been waiting since May, it has arrived in Upstate NY!! Pick up on wednesday next week. the only time ive ever hated new years.

Looks great, especially with the night package. Is that privacy glass or tinting? Some countries have optional privacy glass- I don't think this is an option on any sedan in the US. Also, with the massaging seats, a little overkill for short trips, but I bet when you are sitting in traffic or taking a road trip, the massaging really helps.

DISAPPOINTED!!!
My SA is out today so I called a manager. 2 trucks came in today but my car was not on them. He was direct about their supply chain issues. He refused to give me any estimate. He said "At this point anything I tell you is BS. I will not disappoint another customer. I have already disappointed 12 people this week"
My car IS on a truck. No one knows where the truck is. The trucking company is not responding to calls or emails
He also said that this the worst he has seen the supply chain in the 15 years he has been doing this.
Bottom line is it is not the dealers. Mercedes USA is having serious problems moving and tracking vehicles.
They give bad information to the dealers. The dealers relay the bad information to the customers.
There are a lot of disappointed people out there. I am one of them.
I am going to write Mercedes. Not to rail on them but to let them know they could really improve their user experience by investing in technology.
They make a fantastic product. They don't however have the necessary infrastructure around it to provide a great customer experience.
Other brands have provided accurate build and location status via the web for years.
In this day and age we shouldn't have to call the dealer and find a sales manager. We should be able to determine build status and geolocate the car via the website.
All the software updates should be provided over the air, none of this going into the dealer nonsense.
Come on Mercedes! improver your tech infrastructure.

My Mercedes Me services started working this morning.
When I use the location services I see it is at the dealer.
I have locked and unlocked the doors sucessfully
Do I dare try remote start???

Has the dealer called you with a pick up date? If Mercedes Me is active, they have had to received it and activated it from my understanding, so not like it's sitting on a truck.

"Great news!!Your car arrived earlier this morning and is getting PDIed (pre delivery inspection) now. We should be able to get it cleaned up by 3pm. When is a good time for you to come by?"

Congrats, man. As long as the car is at the dealership, you can breathe easy that the supply chain nightmare is over - at least for you. But you are so right. I literally got an email from Mercedes Customer Service telling me that my car was sitting at the factory/VPC in Vance about an hour before the trucking company called the dealership and told the manager that it was loaded on a truck and left the day before. Turns out the trucking company was right and the car arrived the next morning. If I'm able to read my tire pressure with Mercedes Me (which I think is really cool), they should at least be able to locate a vehicle.
