Here are the instruction from Mercedes on how to remove the W205 bumper.
I followed these instructions to the T and they were spot on. Grill swap.
Took about a total of 3 hrs to complete. From a scale of 1 being easy to 10 I would say it’s about a 3-4. This in my opinion easier than installing oem rear amg diffuser.

Used the same instructions that Chris mentioned. Took me exactly 2 hours to do! Love the finished product!
