Here we go again - Lease payments....

Here we go again - Lease payments....
I know there was a long thread on this, but pretty simple... what was your MSRP / selling price, money down amount if anything, what is your lease payment?
Trying to see a trend in monthly pricing of what a good deal is on new 2020 c43 amg sedans. Dealerships are like magicians, they show you a huge 10-12% MSRP discount, but adjusted cap on back end some how is increased and your monthly is higher than a dealer with a lower MSRP discount.
MSD separate of course because that is an investment on your end to lower monthly.

you do realize that is 48 months, which is totally different pricing to 36 months and that car is only $62K MSRP.. I actually just put in all my numbers in lease calculator and I"m at $766, which is $2 off give or take, and a custom build. So thank you for your research, but I am right on monthly payment lol.

lol good luck.
I get the sense a lot of people over paid on their leases. I suggest getting a broker next time.

What many people seem to overlook is the MF and residual which I have yet to see in the example above. All I see is a third party app, which there are hundreds of with some thrown together numbers. I would like to see an actual deal breakdown consisting of cap cost, residual, MF and terms. Along with any money down and taxes.

The lease hacker calculator just tells you if your getting a good deal or not, the actual monthly on a 36/10 is still under $700 on several cars on apps like RODO. I expect they will go even lower when they officially release the new models.
lol good luck.

It really doesn't get very complicated when there is no negotiation left.

if you custom order a car you're only going to do as well as the advertised/standardized MF and residuals for the period + whatever MSRP discount present which will likely have a floor of like +$400 over invoice.
