Hey guys, I got a C450 and I've been experiencing squeaks from the brakes and a slight grinding sensation when I leave the house for the first time in the day or after it sits for a while. I was looking into purchasing new brake pads and rotors but it doesnt seem like there are many options other than the Genuine Mercedes brand. Has anyone replaced their brakes with anything else? The OEM parts without installation are a bit over $800 which is pretty expensive. I was looking for any good aftermarket brakes, if anyone knows of any let me know please!
Side Note: Car has 38000 miles, I bought it with 36k miles.

I'm running all four pads and rear rotors from https://www.r1concepts.com

Yeah I kept with the stock front rotors, you can find em online much cheaper than the dealer, and put all 4 brakes with R1 concepts ceramic pads, and rear rotors from them as well.
I wish they would make front rotors bc their rear rotors are drilled and slotted and I would love to have that on the front too... (hint hint Kevin @r1)
I've got around 10k or so miles on the setup, and have 0 regrets brakes work just as good IMO. I don't track the car, and the brake dust is much more bearable now vs the stock semi metallic pads.

99% of all c43 owners have same factory front and rear brakes.
Are c450 brakes different? How much do they cost?

I still am not sold on any of the aftermarket disc options out there. Some of them are clearly inferior and some of the others are crazy expensive for marginal gain. I have yet to find the Goldilocks option for discs.
