C43 Wagon Mild Build Thread

I recently replaced my 2014 C63 507 sedan with a 2019 C43 wagon. Wanted something more practical that I could drive all year round with AWD and ideally better on gas. E63S wagon was a bit too pricy, but I test drove a GLC63S as a strong contender. Unfortunately, I couldn’t bring myself to drive an SUV so the c-class wagon was the only other option. I would have been all over a C63S wagon but it’s not available in Canada, so the C43 wagon was the winner.
Have done a few mild changes to it I thought I’d share.
Blacked out all chrome (black panamericana front grill on the way)
Installed black badges (except the MB star)
Lowered on H&R springs (wagon spec)
Converted to racing studs
10mm front (no wheel centric rings) and 15mm rear spacers for the stock 19” rims (will be adding snow tires shortly)
20” Vossens in textured bronze: 20x8.5 et30 with 235/35/20 Michelin PS4S front and 20x10 et50 With 275/30/20 Michelin PS4S rear
With stock rims and spacers (before chrome delete):
Vossens installed and all chrome deleted:
Bronze rims against the brown interior:
I ordered the Vossens based on input from the forum. The front specs are perfect, but I’m surprised there’s still quite a bit of room to the fender in the rear. I’ve ordered a set of 5mm spacers to push the rears out to et45.
Front clearance:
Rear clearance:
Oh, and here’s my 507. Although it was an amazing car, I don’t miss it nearly as much as I thought I would:
Hope you enjoy!

Hard to qualify, but the Vossens definitely feel a few lbs lighter than the stock rims. Having said that, the stocks still have run-flat tires mounted. A better comparison will be when I have winter tires (Michelin PA4) mounted in the coming days.
I haven't had passengers in the back loaded with luggage, but the more the car squats, the most camber is introduced, so the fender clearance in theory should increase.

That's exactly what i did; 20" for the summer and snow tires (in OEM sizes) on the factory 19's for winter.
