Best exhaust for C43?

I just bought a 2018 C43 and it unfortunately came with the standard exhaust, which barely makes a noise. That will be a must upgrade for me so looking for some suggestions as to which pipe sounds best?

AWE touring if you want some additional volume.

AWE track (no muffler) if you want a lot of additional sound.

FI Exhaust if you want a valves exhaust so it can alternate between quiet and very loud.

Between the three, the FI Exhaust costs about 3x the AWE track, and about 2x the AWE touring.

The three main companies are FI Exhaust, Armytrix, and AWE. You can google and find examples of all of their sound clips.

There is a forum sponsor that is new and is about to release a dual exhaust that is also valved. Logos Engineering. You can find a thread on it here: https://mbworld.org/forums/c450-c43-...l-exhaust.html. If it were me, I would reach out to them to see how soon they are going to start shipping.

Agreed. Plus, the c43 will likely make less power with catless DPs unless you get a stage 2 tune.

Now I've heard everything (pun intended) -- owners so dedicated to look-at-me loud sounds that they will accept LESS power! I thought it was ridiculous that the Performance Exhaust that I was forced to accept on my C43 (it was the only C43 on the lot that met my my other requirements) did not make the car FASTER.
Still, the PE does not make the car loud enough for guys like you. So MB blasted artificial noise into my cabin (noise only the occupants could hear!). Adjusting the volume of the rear speakers did not change anything, so I pulled the fuse on them. Otherwise, the occupants of the rear seat would have to be on drugs. (Oh, wait ... now I understand ...!)
Enjoy it all while you can. The incoming electric cars are so quiet that the EU is requiring noise makers on them to warn pedestrians. (That's why the harnesses on sleigh horses had jingle bells on them.) As for me, I have an E450 on order. Same power, somewhat heavier, true, but I can use the power without giving other MB drivers a bad name.

Guys like “you”? Please clarify. I assume you were ranting to the world and not directing your comments at me, but nonetheless…

Idk about you guys, but I'm going to sleep better at night knowing the annoying toy in my garage, and my inherently damaged personal image, are balanced out by gfmohn's personal choices.
