Below is our latest Iteration of our exclusive exhaust, the LEM Performance Exhaust Replica ( P.E.R). We are revamping the mold and going with a "+" version of the AMG Performance exhaust for those who never had it optioned or are looking to upgrade to the ultimate system.
This new system will feature a world exclusive, and never done before on a European car: DUAL H-PIPE CROSSOVER!
we benchmarked the shape of the original PE, and made subtle tweaks to make it sound meaner, angrier, and sexier.
1. we first started with incorporating the H-cross over pipe toward the rear of the exhaust, just like the OEM PE, this has a traditional opening in the cross over section
2. we incorporated some smooth radius curves towards the rear of the exhaust system to cancel out drone frequencies by interrupting the pulses and the pitch
3. where oftentimes modders chop off the OEM resonator to gain more sound, we saw it as an opportunity to either leave it straight or make a design thats not going to decrease sound (like a resonator might do) but to enhance the tone and volume of the overall exhaust.
4. We lifted a page off of the m4 GTS OEM exhaust and introduced a ovoid H-cross section where the resonator would be.
5. this crossover will act as a mini resonator in its design by helping cancel and balance soundwaves, without actually reducing volume. This will also lend to an amazing sound to an already proven design.
6. We peeled open a AMG PE exhaust muffler and copied and reverse engineered the inside of the muffler chamber, particularly the cut angles of the 2 pipes to mimic the sound as best we could in the "open" position for the valve.
We are making a fresh new mold for this design as we had to start from scratch to incorporate this design element. Because of this and the initial cost of this feature, the overall price has increased to 2,800 (shipping not included)., we also bumped up the diameter from 2.50" to 2.75" and have factored in the costs. For those who will take the jump with us before we are completed with the full batch (and to show our appreciation for those who have waited patiently), we will open up a pre order for the full exhaust for 2,500 plus shipping so you can save a couple of bucks. this will post once we have unit #1 up with pictures and sound bites.

We finished the mold and making some tweaks. This exhaust will be 15% louder than the AMG Performance exhaust, have a deeper more refined tone than the FI exhaust, and have a sexy deep tone to it. excited for the double H- layout !

I have a discontinued GT3 911 from a few years ago NIB that I'm waiting to sell...it was 300 new and has an asking price on flea bay for around 600 now
it'll be a while for a sound clip as we are between so many things. but here is our first version with 1 H-cross section. this version is pattered after the OE AMG PE with a resonator delete.
the final production version will be similar but in the resonator section it has a larger H-cross over to cancel drone without impacting actual volume. Also the piping will be bigger than the PE for a deeper snarl!
we are directly positioning ourselves as an alternative to the FI-exhaust but cheaper, and closer to the PE in tone and pitch. We also have a distributor overseas to cover that hemisphere of the world so shipping costs will be cheaper.
once we get it strapped on we can have a demo to those in the NYC,NJ CT Area.
