2018 C43 Blowing Hot air on passenger side

2018 C43 Blowing Hot air on passenger side
Passenger side is blowing hot air at all times. The driver side blows strong cold air when I need.
Refrigerant is good and there are no leaks. Has anyone else seen this issue?
From research it seems it might be the blend door actuator. Does anyone know where the actuator is or does anyone else have another idea what the issue could be if the actuator is not the cause.

They mentioned a sensor being a possible cause as well.
