2018 Facelift and absolutely in love after coming from S3 and then Golf R ownership.
Its at 54k (miles) and wondered what others do to keep higher mileage C43’s happy.
Its had correct services done and the transmission service so thats sorted.
Ive always done oil and filter changes between services and only ever fill with Shell V power (99Ron) on all cars so will maintain that, but wondered if there are other regular or irregular maintenance bits you guys do to really keep the car ticking along.

Don't forget the transfer case and front and rear diff fluids.
Do them soon : ) recommend doing them the same time as transmission actually but since transmission is already done get those taken care of soon as well.

Never go to Sport or Sport+ until the transmission temperature reaches 122 F. I fill up always with Shell V-Power. Switch your oil to Penzzoil Platinum Euro 5W-40, which is made by Shell. Get an oil change every 3-5K miles. Engine air filter, transmission and differential fluid change every 40K miles. Brake fluid flush every 2 years. Change coils every other spark plug change. Change spark plugs every 50K miles. Don't drag race. My car has 111000 miles and drives like new with no mechanical issues.

Cheers mate, i always have the dash set to amg mode so i can see when the eng oil and tran oil hit temp before doing anything exciting. Always let engine idle down before moving off, have only ever run my cars on v power so all the other info is great as im hoping to take it to 100,000 miles.
Next on list is the cam shaft magnets and the sacrificial pig tails, struggling to find the parts in the UK though so hoping my local indi can do it.

@SpizzleKicks Did your shop replace front diff fluid? My dealership service department said there's no service interval for the front diff. He wasn't even aware if the unit has drain/fill plugs. Like to know your experience.
Oh, by the way, I WANT YOUR CAR!!! I would love to have a C43 wagon, not sold here in USA, and that is the perfect color. Great choice! Keep up the maintenance. Not that maintenance prevents all breakdowns. Example: watch for leaky dynamic engine mounts as they are VERY expensive to replace. Lots of labor to drop front subframe on an AWD car.

Cant believe they dont sell em over there rapid soccer mom vibes, its the only C43 or AMG ive seen in that colour which i like, love then motor. Enjoying it.
I took it to an Indy for the diff work so they did both on request.
Going in for a check on cam shaft parts for oil wicking next week and a replacement of the magnets, solenoid and sensors if so. Fingers crossed.
Appreciate the heads up on engine mounts. Is it just luck of the draw then?

Canada used to have that wagon S205 but sadly it didn't sell that well (low demand) so the new S206 gen, they didn't make it available anymore. For folks in the USA means to import a Canadian S205 C 43 to get the wagon.
