The quads look better on the W204 I think.
Think those are the same size wheels as on the CLK63?
IMO, the front fascia doesn't look aggresive enough.
I like it though...

Nice, but it still doesn't get the blood pumping like an M3 or S4/RS4. I assume it only comes with an automatic, so it's probably not a bad strategy to make the C63 more of a "mature" cruiser than the M3 or S4/RS4.
From the rear, it makes me think more of the other big Benz AMGs -- more of a locomotive than a roller coaster.
With the price of gasoline, who would have thought we'd be seeing 6.3 liter V8 engines in European cars in the 21st Century.

I saw this car a few months back at a Chevron station in the Long Beach area. The bumpers had alot of white and black tape covering holes and such. The exhaust had a nice deep sound too it and was also hidden underneath the bumper cover, purposely done.It had huge brakes on the front and aslo different size and style wheels from front to rear. The driver was filling out some paperwork while i drove around it a few times and snapped these pics from my camera phone. Not sure if it is indeed a C63,but if its not then the regular c classes are getting some awesome looking brakes and great sounding deep exhaust tones.Hard to think this isnt a C63 after all the parts and cover up it had.Werkswagen emblem on the rear of the trunk panel.

That is likely a W204 prototype but it could be a C63. I cant see the brakes well enough to be sure but it clearly has no exposed quad exhaust. The C63 seen out in death valley several months ago had exposed quad exhaust so I would venture to guess that if this were the real C63 it would have that same set up.
MB has to do 100k mile emissions tests on th W204 cars so this is likely a more standard W204 but it still is something exciting to see.
I see the E90 M3 coupe all the time driving around Malibu and my neighborhood doing its 100k emissions testing as well.

C32 AMG - in Pewter
I am not sure which I will like more but at least the W203 headlights are quite unique and cool at the same time.

I think that the new W204 looks a lot more like a mini CL/SL, whereas the W203 has always looked like a smaller W211 E-Class IMHO.
I will miss the round lights, but the new front end is growing on me more and more each time I see it.
