i came across this picture in another thread and they said they seen it on the c63 forum not sure exactly whose car it is...my question is where can i get the fender trim for the wheel well? thanks

I had seen this before and I believe it was the trim that came with the 19" wheels, available anywhere but the USA, or was it Europe only? but don't quote me on it.

I saw something like that on Ebay. Go to Ebay, key word W204 or Mercedes Benz, that my get it.

I've seen those on ebay - their pictures don't look as nice.. But I still don't get what it's for? Other than adding a few ounces of weight to the car. Anyone have pix from a few feet away (not so close up)?

Now don't quote me... but I think it has something to do with the Euro specs, along the lines of "...no part of the tyre can be visible from above the car..."

My SLK has these little extensions as well. Check some of the photos of 63's and you'll notice all the euro cars have them. The Australian and US delivered cars don't.

Just a guess ???

EDIT:- Seen a Australian delivered one this afternoon (at the dealers), and we are now getting the little fender add-ons.
