My new HREs..
My new HRE 19in M40 Monoblocs in brushed aluminium have finally arrived.. They kindly through in some colour matched mercedes ceter caps as well. Getting installed next week.

Well i have to wait until Brabus have installed the B63S mods to my car and they dont ship it back to me till next week, cant wait

No there are Brabus guys in Melbourne, Australia but I am in sydney so have to ship car down to them - whcih they are graciously paying for!

Maverick1975: can you share with us some pictures of your hre wheels on ur c63? also what brabus mods have you got done? i'm in touch with the local brabus dealer as well and considering an upgrade. you doing the upgrade to 530bhp? oh yeah..i've been in touch with hre and checking out their m40 in black and also their carbon series.. still can't make a decission on what wheel set to get!

Hi, i get the car back next Thurs or Friday and then take it to my wheel guy who is waiting with the wheels to put them own so hopefully i will have a dry day on saturday to clean the car and go do a photoshoot for you.
I got the Brabus B63S kit which bumps the 6.2-liter V8 from 457 HP to 530 HP, sends torque from 442 to 479 lb-ft. They reckon it takes 0-100kph time down to 4 secs and top speed to almost 200mph. I am not getting the brakes or suspension changes (will never use the top speed in Australia and did not really need the speed delimiter but had to pay for it anyway) just the engine mods which involves an ECU remap, hi flow cats and new air filters. Very looking forward to how it sounds!
Got a bunch of stuff from Revozport too and ordered the interior CF from MAcarbon and depending on how they price it up, a couple of custom interior pieces as well.

Patrick1975: hehe the upgrade sounds promising! anything from Brabus is awesome! very true that you won't be able to use the full potential of the top speed in oz but hey.. you'll be loving every single added bhp from Brabus.
