LADA hahaha I remember those. They looked like screws (with screw hat and a cross screwdriver fitment)
FYI LADA is a Russian made car, the doors can be easily open with a fork

Take the pin. Get a piece of semi-hard rubber. Wrap around the pin. Place it in the vise. Get a drill bit one size bigger that thread inside. Drill out threads. Get even bigger drill bit. Repeat. Now it should fit the plastic peg that's sticking out. But it sticks out too far. Get a hack saw and cut off about 1 cm of the bottom (it depends how long the pins are and I guess it's vary, so it's better measure it yourself.) After all is measured get a 5 min epoxy. Mix it. Fill the pins with it. Wait a bit until it no longer flows, epoxy that is. Insert pins. DO NOT SMEAR EPOXY ON YOUR HANDS, DOORS, GLASS, ETC. Wait for 2 hours. DONE. IF you do drop epoxy on something IMMEDIATELY use a microfiber soaked with Isopropyl 70% to clean it up. If you are afraid to use Epoxy I guess silicone glue will work as well, just need more time to dry out.

This might be a stupid question, but is there any scenario where you could be trapped in your car with these pins? I'm assuming that when you pull the inside door handle when the car is locked, the door is unlocked mechanically. However, if the door is unlocked electronically I wouldn't like to have pins in my doors that I can't physically unlock if need be.
