New SLC uses C class parts?

New SLC uses C class parts?
So MB finally released some official pictures of their next supercar, the SLC, and it seems to use garden variety C class stuff. The a/c unit and command for example. What gives? For a $170K car shouldn't they use parts from the S class?

The command on the S is way more advanced. The knob, for example, will go from free wheeling to resistant depending on the function. And come on, who still uses card flash, they should have put in an SD card slot.

while thats fine and useful for more mundane models, this is their halo flagship vehicle. If you want to use a seat track or a engine accessory bracket, thats fine. But this is directly facing the owner.
I may not be the target audience, but I'd gladly have them add 10-20lbs for a nicer center stack using higher end components.
Car should have a manual transmission anyway.
