it is my belief that your first lsd change should be free. Talk to the service manager, and if you don't get a straight answer, call MBZ corp customer relations dept.

i got mine done right at 2000 miles,and i had no illusions that it would be free, I paid $102 to get it ,but i think it's a one time treatment. someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

(1-800-367-6372), first try to speak to the service manager, if he will not help, call the number and complain, I think it's ridiculous to be charged for this service.

it USE to be free. its no longer a free service. do not forget ... you only need this done if your car has the performace pack with the limited slip. dont let the dealer tell you ALL amgs need this.

Yea. It is a bummer. It used to be free at the first visit. Now it is not. I think it is because of the economy and the cut prices on all these C63 PP cars.

Sorry to disapoint you buddy but it aint free. If you had read my post above you would have seen that I personally contacted MBUSA twice. Verdict: NOT FREE. Go look on amg private lounge forums where amg made an addendum (thanks to my complaining) notifying customers that the diff change is at the owners expense.
