Think i paid about 600$ in sweden. The ride is pretty much the same as before with PP. Let me know if you have other questions.

Are there different springs from H&R for PP or just the normal c63 springs?
Do you know if our C63's have adjustable spring pads like the other benzes?

We don't have adjustable height if that's what you're asking. They start on the E classes.
I heard Eibach makes springs for our car too. But as far as I know I think those are the only 2 companies that do.

I had to change the some rubber pads that was sitting on top of the springs after some rubbing issues. Like you can see on my pictures the rear was a little to low, after the change the ride was perfect.
