Has anyone found any AMG door lock pins?

while i was at AMG (in Afflebach) i saw a custom car with AMG door lock pins. My private tour guide said you can't get them anywhere else. I've seen some chrome ones on Ebay, but that's all i can find.

Has anyone found any nice looking ones?

And they're super expensive! $95 per pin +s/h!

Still they look so much better than the stock ones. Maybe do the fronts only?

Would a group buy offer much savings?

They managed to get me a pair (fronts).

And I've been able to track down another pair (fronts [for my GL]) through my local dealer.

If you have a kompressor. I am selling my 4 kompressor door pins for $50. They are much better than those cheap plastic stock ones.

I would definitely be in on a group by. From my experience, the local dealers have a lot of trouble finding non-US part numbers. And I've plugged the part number into getmercedesparts.com and maybe its just me, but I get zero results.

Has anyone personally done or had a dealer install the rears?

Is the rear pannel difficult to remove? I haven't done anything to my interior yet and I was thinking about doing this.

Sorry its a dealer do....(no charge) Car is there for things. Oil change, Brake fluid flush(going Super Blue R), Stainless Steel Brake line install, New Brake Pads all around (under wear n tear warranty), install my R-11's on my 19's, 4 Wheel alignment (Setting the Camber to -2.0)...EVO Rotors coming next week

I will ask the process on the rear pin install when I pick it tomorrow. Shop Foreman did them in about a half hour I think.... I'll get details and post back.....
