Not so sure if anyone can help me out..

I purchased a CF grille for my C63 from K1 Motorsport online (www.k1motorsport.com) early 2009 and had been promised to get it delivered. Til this day I still have not received the goods.

I have been liaising with this guy called Tom from K1 Motorsport and he has been very helpful in updating me on the situation. So I have asked for a reimbursement of the full amount due to the non-delivery of the goods over so many months and unfortunately there was some issues with my paypal account "not being able to receive in USD".

I have recently tried to get in touch with K1 Motorsport however their sales email address keeps on bouncing back. I have also tried calling from overseas and no one seems to pick up as I keep on being redirected to the voicemail.

I was wondering if anyone in the vicinity of their shop can check up if the shop is still up and running.

Their address is as follows:
556 S. Fair Oaks Ave. Suite 196, Pasadena, CA 91105
e-mail: sales@k1motorsport.com
626.202.9765 Tel 866.693.7470 Fax
AIM - k1motorsport | MSN - sales@k1motorsport.com

Office Hours
E-mail: 24/7
Phone: M-F 6~11PM & Sa-Su 9AM~9PM PST

Any assistance on this matter will be much appreciated.

Cheers.

Same Situation with K1
I seem to be running into the same thing with K1 Motorsport. I order an Argos Bluetooth adapter from them online (http://store.k1motorsport.com/) several weeks ago and haven't heard from them yet (online store purchase seemed to go through normally, received a receipt but no shipping update, no responses to repeated emails). Any news on them?

I received an email last week, as well, from Tom (sales at k1motorsport dot com or k1motorsport at gmail dot com) letting me know that they were having some problems getting messages. As soon as he had seen my resend to him he put the Argos in the mail ASAP. Good communication and service, so most likely send another email (to the gmail account probably) to get things rolling again.

Glad that this has all been resolved.

I've ordered from K1motorsport.com many times in the past and they've been a quality, top-notch company.

After being in touch with Tom from K1 Motorsport soon after this post was out, I we have been in touch and Tom promised to provide a check for my refund. Unfortunately this promise has not been fulfilled.

I have sent several notifications and til this day have not received a word from K1 Motorsport. UNBELIEVABLE!

Whenever I hear "email server down" I assume the business is on its way out...there are exceptions but in my experience that is the general rule. Good luck though, I hope it works out.
